香港大学李嘉诚医学院(Li Ka Shing Faculty of Medicine, The University of Hong Kong)，原称香港大学医学院，是香港大学十所学院之一，专门教授中、西医科及护理学。

亦是香港两间西医医学院之中历史最悠久的一间。学院现时有约200名教学人员、500名研究人员及1,900医科生，为香港大学众学院中规模最大的。
